Service terms for OnnTime’s fintech aggregation support.

Our Role
OnnTime Solutions acts as a fintech aggregator, sourcing and assistance partner. We help customers and retail networks connect with banks, NBFCs and other service partners for products such as gold loans, account opening, e-KYC and CSP-led financial services.
OnnTime does not lend money, accept deposits, determine final eligibility, approve credit, control interest rates or guarantee disbursal.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current and complete information.
- Submit genuine documents and cooperate with partner KYC and verification requirements.
- Review all partner loan, account, fee, custody, repayment and product documents before acceptance.
- Use the website and services only for lawful purposes.
Partner Products and Decisions
All final terms, including loan amount, interest rate, processing charges, valuation, collateral handling, repayment schedule, penalties, insurance, account opening and service availability, are determined by the relevant bank, NBFC or service partner.
Illustrations, calculators, website rates and timelines are indicative and may change based on partner policy, customer profile, gold quality, documentation and regulatory requirements.
No Guarantee
Submission of a request does not guarantee approval, disbursal, account opening, rate reduction, balance transfer, top-up, service activation or any specific financial outcome.
Fees, Communication and Consent
By submitting your details, you consent to being contacted by OnnTime, its employees, field teams, service providers and relevant partners through call, SMS, WhatsApp, email or other channels for service-related communication.
If any fee applies to an OnnTime-assisted service, it should be disclosed before it is charged. Partner fees and charges are governed by the respective partner’s documents.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnnTime is not liable for partner decisions, product rejection, delay, downtime, valuation changes, third-party conduct, incorrect information provided by users or losses arising from reliance on indicative information.
Changes and Governing Law
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable jurisdiction and dispute-resolution requirements.
